Arphine is a 36 year old Armenian national. She is the first female official in Armenia to be appointed to the position of the Minister of Justice.
Arphine studied law and pursued her higher education at the Yerevan State University Faculty of law. Since then she has been involved in operations within the Armenian Ministry of Justice.

Queen Rania is a 49 year old Palestinian national. She is the queen consort of Jordon. Rania was born in Kuwait and pursued her higher education in Egypt. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.
Queen Rania moved to Jordon for work and started off working for Citibank and later on at Apple Inc. This is when she met Prince Abdullah bin Al-Hussein. They married in 1993 and was proclaimed Queen in 1999 when her husband ascended to the throne.

Her role in overseeing these areas has seen a major development in the respective areas due to her modern approach.
